On January 24, 2022, after receiving the task of moving the warehouse in advance, the company immediately set up a work coordination team to formulate the warehouse moving plan, clarify the division of responsibilities, and put forward the warehouse moving requirements. The command group, planning group, handling group, and warehouse group interact with each other and help each other. The relocation group counts, packs and ships the goods that have been moved out of the warehouse; the planning group performs system entry according to the material record documents sent from the relocation site. , the warehouse group unloads and puts on the shelves according to the storage plan issued by the planning group. This is the rear battlefield for urgent delivery of "ammunition" to the front line. Since the project moved, the partners of the planning team have no time to rest. On the one hand, they have just returned from studying at Henkel and have not fully experienced the test of practical operation. The situation has not been operated before. In the face of the emergency situation of warehouse relocation, Luo Gong from the headquarters also arrived at the Yantai warehouse as soon as possible to conduct training immediately.

It usually takes nearly half an hour to unload a truck, but the time is tight and the task is heavy, so several of our forklifts went into battle at the same time. In ten minutes, the unloading of a car can be completed. But unloading is only the first step in storage. In the Yantai warehouse, there is a special storage area, which is the cold storage area, which is a cold storage area of minus 20 degrees to 40 degrees, and the author was fortunate to enter this storage area.
