Q: First of all, please introduce the relationship with Zhongshuo!

I have been in the company for nearly 8 years. When I first joined the company, under the leadership of Mr. Lin (now the chairman consultant), after a period of research and polishing, I gradually established a financial system and reporting system suitable for Zhongshuo to help the company Establish a set of business-finance integration models to analyze business conditions more efficiently and accurately.

With the continuous expansion of the company's scale, the rapid expansion of business scope, and the continuous increase of department personnel, my work content has also evolved from pure financial work to a comprehensive and diversified model of finance, business, management, and human resources. Therefore, Sun Dong James asked us to keep up with the innovation pace of Zhongshuo, learn more professional management concepts, introduce more scientific management tools, and further develop the potential of individuals and companies.

 

Q: So, what is the most touching change in Zhongshuo in the past 8 years?

So the biggest feeling in the past 8 years since I came to Zhongshuo is that at first I used my professional skills to help the company improve, but later I felt that the company’s development was very rapid. In some respects, Zhongshuo led me to change and learn. It can be said that the growth rate of Zhongshuo is very fast. It is constantly breaking through the comfort zone, trying new things, and marching towards the vision of "becoming the leader of China's chemical logistics and supply chain!". It is like a moving castle, which not only gives people a sense of security, but also gives people new insights and thinking.

Because of this, I believe that in another 8 years, Zhongshuo will definitely reach a new height and become the leader of chemical logistics in China and even the world. At that time, I hope to stand with Zhongshuo and be proud of it!

We know the three conditions for becoming a partner of Zhongshuo: loyalty, like-mindedness, ability/contribution, how are these points reflected in Chris?

 

Q: Financial management is a background job, unlike the business department, it is easier to show ability and contribution. How can a background support position such as finance meet the conditions of a Zhongshuo partner?

If I want to say that I am in line with the characteristics of a partner, I dare not take credit for it. Because regardless of the partner, after all, I am just a Zhongshuo employee. These conditions of the Zhongshuo partner are the standards I demand of myself in my work, and they are integrated into the daily work that is repeated every day:

● The financial work is heavy and boring. To be able to work in a position for more than five years must be capable and determined;

● We must be rigorous and conscientious at all times, because when dealing with money, hundreds of thousands are worth at the touch of a finger;

● In the past work, there were indeed some cases in which problems were discovered in time to help the company avoid losses;

● We also need to urge each department to do a good job in accounts receivable management and cost control in a stern and selfless manner, to ensure the health of the company's funds, to prevent problems before they happen, and to escort the company's growth.

 

Q: In addition to the three necessary conditions of the partnership system, is there any special highlight that makes you a partner?

I think whether it is me or our other partners, or our colleagues in the financial department and the current managers of Zhongshuo, they all have a common shining point, which is to put the interests of the company first, regardless of Personal gains and losses. It can be seen that they are all people who are willing to give their personal time and energy to the company. In such an environment, a more positive and inclusive atmosphere will be created, and a more competitive team will be born.

How does Chris view the Zhongshuo partner system? After becoming a partner, has there been any change in her work and life?

 

Q: What is your understanding of the Zhongshuo partner system?

The partnership system is a system that motivates employees to retain talents and attract excellent human resources.

From the partners this time, you can see that not all of them are high-level executives, but a large part of them are middle-level employees who have just worked in the company for five years, and they are the backbone of the company. Therefore, the Zhongshuo partner system is not a tool for executives to pay dividends, nor is it a monument of work experience, but a ruler for measuring ability. Regardless of whether it is the grassroots or the management, regardless of seniority or position, as long as the ability is particularly outstanding and recognized by everyone, and the values of Zhongshuo are consistent, they have the opportunity to become partners.

I think this is also an incentive for everyone to be more active in proving their work, business, and management capabilities, thereby driving the company's healthier development. Q: After becoming a partner, have your work content, income, and mentality changed?

It was beyond my expectation to become a partner, and I am really grateful to Sun Dong James for his recognition of me.

Partners will have additional income from dividends, but the biggest change is when the photos of partners are hung on the wall of the large conference room and are paid attention by colleagues who come and go. Take on more important responsibilities and missions.

At the same time, becoming a partner means urging yourself not to slack off at all times. Every decision you make and every word you say represents the image of the company.

 

Q: Partners need to help each other and share risks. As the company's financial director, can you talk about your views on "risk" and your expectations for the company's future development?

As a financial supervisor, it may not be within my business scope to talk about macroeconomic forecasts and financial market risks. But as I said before, what I can do is to protect the company in my daily work - what our department has been doing is "risk control": every new supplier, new customer, we will pass various Through various channels to assess its risks (such as its compliance materials, asset status, whether there are litigation disputes or dishonesty), and check the input-output ratio (ROI) to help each department strive for the highest cost performance. Help companies and various departments achieve the purpose of risk control to expand revenue and reduce losses. Therefore, although it is difficult for us to predict the future, the potential risks in front of us are strictly controlled by us. Of course, Zhongshuo's future path will be more magnanimous!
